Russian arrivals in Ho Chi Minh City increase 150%

 

The number of Russian tourists travelling to Ho Chi Minh City, mainly from the Far eastern region, has increased more than 150%, said travel companies.

There are currently five airlines directly linking Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi) with Russian cities.

Our flights from Russia to Vietnam for the first quarter of 2006 have all been booked, said Le Van Nghia, chief representative of Vladivostok Air.

He said the reserved seats had mainly come from Russian travel companies. - Thanhnien news
